Troubleshooting

My forecast looks “wrong”

Most of the time it's one of these:

1. starting balance is wrong → Balances
2. direction is wrong (inflow vs. outflow) → Plan
3. date is wrong
4. amount is unrealistic (e.g. 1,000 instead of 100)

I see double effects

Important: If a payment exists for an instance, the payment wins.

If you still see duplicates:

• check if a payment exists twice
• check if a payment is linked to the wrong instance

The overview looks empty

• do you have at least one bank account? → Bank accounts
• did you set a starting balance? → Balances
• are you looking at the right time range?
