Starting balance (the foundation)

Your forecast starts with your current balance.

If the starting balance is wrong, the forecast will be wrong even if all plan items are correct.

What to do if numbers look off

Check, in this order:

1. starting balance (correct bank account? correct date?)
2. plan items (dates, direction, amount)
3. payments connected to planned instances (payments override planning)
